Meet the Designer

Hi, I’m Kristen, founder and lead designer of KristenShockInteriors.

My passion for interior design began long before I knew it could become a career. As a child, I was constantly rearranging my bedroom, experimenting with different layouts and finding new ways to make my space feel fresh and inviting. In high school, my love for art and creativity continued to grow, ultimately leading me to pursue a career where I could combine creativity with purposeful design.

With seven years of interior design experience and currently completing my master’s degree in interior design at Fairfield University, I am passionate about creating timeless, functional spaces that truly feel like home.

Outside of design, you’ll usually find me with my son, Brantley, who has made motherhood the greatest joy of my life. I love spending time with family and friends, exploring local craft shows, enjoying summer cookouts, planning my next adventure, and never passing up an ice cream run.
